You agree not to:
- Use the services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our services, including any customer data you provide, complies with applicable privacy laws and that you have appropriate consent where required.
8. Disclaimers
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation. AI-generated responses may not always be accurate; you are responsible for reviewing and approving outputs before relying on them.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ServiceEdge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold ServiceEdge harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason. You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.
12. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using our services.
13. General
These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ServiceEdge. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
